1. Bhangarh Fort ( India )

This 17th century fort In Rajasthan was built as several structures, including temples and a royal palace. But the fort was suddenly and mysteriously abandoned and is now said to be the most haunted spot in all of India. Legends on why people fled include one in which some one placed a curse upon the fort because it was casting a shadow over their home and yet another including a love potion gone wrong. Whatever the cause, visitors are no longer allowed in after dark, but you can visit during daylight hours - if you dare.  

2. Lawang Sewu ( Indonesia ) 
This building has functioned as a WWII prison - and was the site of a battle between Indonesian soldiers and the Japanese enemy. It's reportedly home to many ghosts, including a young Dutch woman who died by suicide there. Her ghost is said to roam the property. 

3. Forbidden City ( China ) 
The Forbidden City was the seat of Chinese emperor's for five centuries, is one of the most popular places for tourists to visit in Beijing. According to legend, a ghostly woman in white can be heard in the palace. Sightings have been reported since the 1940s. "
